Marie-Louise Plum is a British illustrator based in London.
Working freehand in pen and ink, Marie-Louise creates creepy characters and fantastical vignettes full of mischief and humour.
As well as good ol' fashioned editorial illustration, Marie has worked on a varied range of illustration projects (see 'Ink & Mess') including a large scale wall piece for Forest Hall in Edinburgh, custom made Moleskine design for Modofly and wooden puzzles, one which even made it in to the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
2009 saw the incarnation of her contemporary spirit masks, with live art installations taking place in Edinburgh, London and South East. A solo exhibition of art and illustration is scheduled to tour the UK from spring 2010.
